Vintage Video Game Reviews

Posted on 24 March 2010 by Douglas Fred

I commenced searching ebay in an attempt to find these games and to my continuing surprise, they were very expensive! Games like Castlevania : Symphony of the Night, final Fantasy VII, tramp Story and many others cost the same price as when they were first released! I was startled and realized that it may be a bit before I have all of the games that I liked as a child and I’d have to seek these rare Nintendo games down over a period of time.

I started searching ebay in an attempt to find these games and to my continuing surprise, they were awfully expensive! Games like Castlevania : Symphony of the Night, last Fantasy VII, tramp Story and many others cost the same price as when they were first released! I was startled and realized that it could be a while before I have all the games that i enjoyed as a kid and I’d have to seek these rare Nintendo games down over a period.

Lately, I have discovered that there are far more rare computer games than I had expected. Over my life, I have picked up masses of video games for consoles ranging from Commodore 64 and Atari 2600 to Xbox 360 and Playstation 3. Growing up I used to lease games because I didn’t have the money to buy them. When I moved back home from college I started looking through my collection and realized a large amount of my favourite games from my childhood were not in my collection.

Now, I’m looking for a few precise games that I would like to possess. The 1st is Panzer Dragoon tale for the Sega Saturn. It only had a release of approximately 10,000 copies in the U. S. so it is quite rare. The price on ebay is generally round the 2 hundred greenback mark. I’ve heard many nice things about this game and it’s one that i will definitely own in the future. I just hope to get a copy before the price increases even more.

The following game I would like to get is Popful Mail. It’s a side-scrolling platformer released on the Sega CD. This games price is a bit more reasonable at roughly $50. The following game is Silent Hill for the Playstation one. It is one of the finest games from the horror idiom to date and I’d truly like to have a copy of it for my collection. This game costs approximately $50 too. Hopefully, I’ll be in a position to begin picking up these rare video games and have a much larger collection of games in the future.

I have a lot of video game reviews on my youtube channel. Check it out, I do a lot of them on rare video games.

What Are The Most Interactive Wii Games?

Posted on 18 December 2009 by Fred de Chunac

If you own a Wii, or are considering getting one, you are likely asking yourself: What are the best Wii games? There are literally hundreds of titles to choose from, and there is something for every member of your family. The Wii itself is the most family oriented of all the consoles on the market right now, so learning some of the most popular titles for it could benefit everyone in your home.

Every Wii console that is purchased new from a store will come with one copy of the popular Wii Sports game. This game features a number of sports that everyone can enjoy such as tennis, golf, baseball, boxing and bowling. Recently though, they have upgraded this title with a second edition that you can separately purchase. Similar in essence to the first, Wii Sports Resort comes with a number of popular sports that will have your whole family excited. Some of the new additions to the second edition include: swordplay, wakeboarding, Frisbee, archery, basketball, table tennis, canoeing, cycling, and more advanced versions of bowling and golfing.

Another title to check out is Super Mario Bros Wii. Nintendo just recently released this incredible title in hopes to give the 1980s classic a much-needed face-lift. Staying true to the design though, the new Super Mario is also side scrolling and two dimensional, very much like its inspiration. Some new features are character selection and a multiplayer feature that allows you and up to three others to simultaneously attempt to complete levels.

Super Smash Bros. Brawl was a title released for the Wii that had an incredible amount of hype. The popular franchise began picking up steam with its various edition released on the Nintendo Gamecube. The latest installment to this impressive franchise has many of the classic characters and boasts controls that allow interactive game play to move this franchise into the future. This was a highly anticipated title and a title that should be included in your Wii game library.

Mario Kart is another title that was released by Nintendo before. It saw its debut on the Super Nintendo, but even more success when it was released again as Mario Kart: Double Dash on the Nintendo Gamecube. This game allows you to use motion sensitive controls to twist and turn your way to victory over some classic Mario Bros. Characters. Play with your friends or family to see who deserves to win the cup.

Nintendo has been striving to make it self-applicable to the individual as well. Not everyone has a whole house full of people to play with them all the time. You can benefit then, from titles like The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. In this installment of the incredible Zelda franchise, you might be refreshed to know that not a whole lot has changed around Hyrule. You are still Link, you have some love for the princess Zelda, and before you can really do anything about it you have to head off to save the world… Again. The motion sensitive controls add a new dynamic to the game play by allowing you to really swordfight, block, and shoot your bow and arrow.

The last one on this list is Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. This title showcased a side of Nintendo that many were delighted to see. They are the kings of family games, but they might also have the capacity to bring you some incredible mature titles as well. This installment of the popular franchise sends you through battle situations unlike anything you have seen in the franchise history. You will find that using the motion controls allows you to experience the game as most will not get the chance, if they opt to play on a different console.

That is a detailed list of some of the best Wii games that are in stores now. You are likely to find other great titles, but if you are looking as to where you should begin. Start with paragraphs 2-7.

Are you aware of what the Best Wii Games are right now? If not look online and find a bunch of information. Even buy the following products wii accessories sports, guitar hero wii, wii controller too.
